We will be having a meeting to discuss field day activities on Wednesday June 8th at 7:30 pm at my house. I know this is short notice and many will not be able to attend who would otherwise wish to attend.
Ongoing we will be having a weekly meeting until the day of the event. The actual day and time will be discussed. I would propose Thursday nights at 7:00, pending everyone's availability.
